New Development Opportunities
Hey guys ! So a potential deal came across my desk yesterday that I have made an offer for . It is for a vacant lot in an area of NJ where the fourplexes are selling for between 1.1 -1.2 million . I have a quote from a builder and the potential profit on the deal is in the mid six figures. The problem that I am running into is funding the deal considering I have never technically done a fix and flip . I have reached out to private investing companies as well as new construction loan companies and I am waiting to hear back from a few. I really want to move quickly here and the funding is the only thing holding us back at this point . Any creative suggestions?
