Hey guys!

I'm new here, so sorry for not having a pic up yet. I just wanted to let you know that I'm a new investor located in sunny south Florida whose looking to purchase a 4 unit or 3 unit property. It's ok if it needs work, but nothing too crazy. I would ideally like to see what would work for all parties involved, so if it sounds like something you may be interested in, send me a message and lets get it going.
