Picked up two deals 👊

Market in northern Virginia has been HOT. Prices have been up-up-and-up all around, but we lucked out and picked up two really good deals in northern Stafford and Spotsylvania this month, both for sub 100k. Not flipping them, just renting them as always. Both will each rent for 1.3k+ per month. Both will need the standard TLC as you can see, but not bad. 👊🙌

Nice finds, Levi!  I just got one myself, word of mouth. Treat sellers and tenants right for long enough in a small town and sometimes you get a lay up. How did you come across yours?

Mine had to be cash, but was sub $100 like yours.  I trimmed 2 huge trees a  little bit with my maintenance guy for an hour for insurance and think I raised the perceived value $10k.  I'll try and attach a pic... Still have a lot more trimming to do but at least the seller is building the deck for me :)
