Should we repair the roof or replace it?

First time selling a house. The buyer offered $2,500 over asking price. The inspection came back and the 15 year old roof needs repairs. A hail storm came through recently so we could file a claim and have it replaced (deductible is $2500). How should we proceed? Just repair it or replace the whole roof? If we do the whole roof could we pass that deductible to the buyer somehow ?
