I found a under valued  large property in Williamson County Texas for sale that is $143,073.00 under tax valuation, I put a BID on it for the asking price , now they have 3 to 4 qualified bidders and they want us to put in our best offer in by noon tommrow and the highest bidder wins. How much more should I BID percentage wise. I really like this property. I wanted to keep the property but it is more than I can affrd monthly if I pay more than asking price , but I could pay more for it if I can flip it pay off the loan in the next 30 to 60 days.
