Best time of year to send mailers

Hello BP!

We've aquired two properties in the last 6 months, one off market and one on the MLS. I understand that summer markets see an increase in price and demand and winter markets are less competitive. As a result, we are not entertaining the MLS right now. We are ready for our next deal and are planning on sending out mailers. When do you think is the best time of year to send out mailers? When do you receive the most response rates? Thanks for your feedback and insight.
