Potential deal on rental. What do you think?
I'm looking at a 3 unit rental for sale for $100,000. Currently the rent collected is $580, $525, $560. I've run the numbers and if I can get them down to $80,000 it looks like a good deal. Do you agree?
Also, the area is in rural Georgia, but there's been +30% population increase since 2010. Is it an issue if the area is rural and not suburban? Will there likely to be more vacancies?
