Where to market ATL Res Lot in Country Club to Northeast/overseas

I am new to BP. I am in the Metro Atlanta area and have a Residential Lot for sale in a Gated and very private Golf and Tennis Country Club community. I would like to market it to the Northeast  (New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Etc and overseas as a winter home.. Does anyone know of a great marketing avenue for the Northeast and overseas?.
