Investing in Philadelphia - looking for sellers/ realtors

Hi,

I'm looking to get started in Philadelphia with a multifamily investment property. I really like what I see in terms of value and growth. It also beats NJ's high taxes and the prices here in NYC where I live. Looking for any foreclosures, modest rehabs, or any discounted sales. POF available.
