For 1st deal; FHA House hack duplex BUT theres a pool, thoughts?
Hi all, Looking into a duplex to house hack for my first rental. Good property in upstate NY in about a B neighbohood. My concern is the property has an in ground pool, has anyone had experience renting small multi familys with a pool? Any advice, tips or stories would be a great help.

Just make sure you have all the required, and perhaps more, safety features in place.....perimeter fence, slide locks on all exit doors to the pool area at 6’ or higher, etc.
