Interesting perspective on the current market cycle

I am a Fundrise customer (investor), and they recently sent out the following post on their perspective for investing in the current environment: https://fundrise.com/investor-update/45/view. Definitely not ground breaking stuff, but they show a few charts that illustrate why they believe we are late in the current cycle, and how they are adapting their strategy. Obviously, people have been calling this for years, and it keeps on going up. Has anyone run across any articles claiming we're not near the top of the cycle? That would be interesting indeed.
