Need advice on location??? Trenton, NJ (Central West) off of Bellevue Ave near church. It's a rowhome 4BR/1Bth asking $53,900, vacant and market rent $1100 according to Rentometer. Agent says the area is changing for the better. The investment is pretty much turnkey and has CO in place.
