Best time of month to close on Multifamily?

Hi everyone, I was wondering when is the best time of the month to close on a multifamily property. Trying to figure out if the beginning, middle or the end of the month is best. I'm thinking the beginning of the month so that I immediately get the rent amounts into our account but I may be wrong. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
