Selling a House on contract when I own it on Contract?

I have an unusual question.  I bought a house on a lease with option to purchase.  I rent that house out and my current tenants are wanting to see if they can buy the home off me with a contract.  Does this make sense to do? Would it add complications?  

They want to see if they can buy via contract before going to the bank. 

Hope that question makes sense.

Any input is appreciated.
