Owner financing Help

Hey, does anyone in Tampa know a group or anyone who provides owner financed homes or listings? My bank loan qualifications don’t provide much but I am looking to bring in a roommate or two with me regardless to cover the mortgage. I actually have found livable affordable places in my price range but 1) banks don’t feel they get paid enough from the low mortgage, 2) anything for 80k or less, most ppl want cash for it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
