Why loopnet has such a bad reputation?

I'm searching on loopnet and found a property that is only listed on loopnet. the number provided by the seller look good, seem to be better than roofstock. My question is why is loopnet has such a bad reputation? and why the broker only list this particular property on loopnet, while other listing was on multiple site?
