Newbie Looking to Buy a first home
Hi Everyone,
This is my first time buying a home in US, and I am not really sure if I would be making any mistakes. The current home I am planning on buying seems to be a community of one of the high end home builders (Toll Brothers). But the problem is that, these properties are right next to a Route 202 (like 300 feet away). I know there are some health concerns in buying a home this close, but my concern is not really that as of now.
I am more concerned about whether I would be able to sell them again maybe in the next 10 years. As couple of years ago, Route 202 was extended to four lanes, which has resulted in a lot of traffic. And since I can hear some amount of traffic noise from the site location, I might not be able to sell them?
Please help out this first time buyer
