Bank Owned Occupied Properties
My wife and I are considering making an offer on a bank owned property via Auction.com. The property is currently occupied and when we view the title document we see a number of outstanding judgements. Two questions:
1) Given the bank owns the property would new owner be liable for outstanding judgement amounts?
2) Has anyone had experience with legacy occupants refusing to vacate?
Appreciate any feedback.
