MOST RENTERS COMMUTE
Assuming everything else is good about a city you're thinking about investing in except that most of the residents commute for work to neighboring towns for work. In other words, the city you're thinking about investing in has no comic anchor. Would it be a bad investment to buy a property in this submarket ?
Thank you!

There is an old saying in Real Estate and Lending - Drive Until you Qualify! Meaning you drive outward from the place of employment until you find the house that suits your needs and your budget.
