Tips for finding absentee owner
Looking for some tips--especially from those of you who have been wholesaling a while: I'm trying to track down the owner of a vacant house. Of course I have his name and address (it's actually a business address) from the tax record and, of course, I've sent him mail. Google isn't helping much. Any other ideas of how to get in touch with him?
