Survey Issues on Rural Property

A survey was done on the property, which discovered an issue. It turns out the property was actually two separate lots with the same address and no signs of a property line (previous owner did not disclose there were two lots). This wasn't a huge issue until the water well and the road to access the back of the property were on the other lot. 

Has anyone ran into issues similar to this? How did you handle it?
