Anyone know of a leinent lender for self-employed buyer in NC?
I made a good amount of money last year, but I took 3 months off in the summer, so my self-employed income declined from the year before. I am trying to buy a house in NC and I was just refused a loan by 2 mortgage companies because of "declining income". I have already made a lot of money in 2018, but they said that doesn't matter. Does anyone know of a mortgage company that is more lenient about these things? Thanks
