Newbie - Property Development
Hi BiggerPockets,
Long time listener, first time poster here. I'm looking to seek some guidance.
There is a lot on near my house and it is overgrown. I did some research to find that it is owned by the city. Has anyone had experience purchasing property from the city and developing a new house on it? I'm trying to see if it is worth it (and eventually find funding for it).
