Doing the digital marketing for my broker/manager
So I've worked with my broker/manager for several years. I'm shocked that he has no website.
I network all the time in my city (Not las vegas), everyone is priced out. But there's a city an hour away that I've invested in (and where the broker is based). People are thinking about investing there.
My thought is to start a blog on the topic. Collect emails. Make a free PDF to get those emails. Social media etc.
I could then maybe refer them to my broker?
I've read that a referral gets 25% of the commission. Is this true?
How do I make this as seemless as possible? Should I just be under the broker name or maybe make a investCITYNAME.com website?
What do you think?
