Should I buy under LLC?

I bought my first property as a primary residence. Now it is a rental property under my name. I know this question had probably been asked a million times... For my next investment property, should I buy it under an LLC or should it buy it under my own name? Any suggestions? Thanks!

This is also accurate. Most mid-sized or large banks wont touch something under 5 units or a million dollars. Your success in refinancing a single family property owned by an LLC will most likely come from a community bank or credit union.
