Hey guys, Looking to see if anyone might have any information on real estate in fort myers. I've visited 3 times since November and am considering investing but not sure what the market is like. I'd be looking for mostly buy and hold investments. I currently own a duplex and 3 family property in MA. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!
