41 Unit Complex in Waco, TX

Hey what's going on guys! I have a predicament... I got under contract for a 41 unit complex in waco, it's a extreme value-add and we just re-traded the deal down to 1.825M but our investor needed it to be at 1.7M. Our investor ended up bailing and we only have 30 days til the contract ends, I guess we could get an extension, but if anyone has any ideas just let me know.
