FHA - How long must I occupy?
I'm entertaining the thought of using an FHA loan to finance a fourplex that will cash flow when I move out(if I can find one where the numbers work out with a low down payment) and then move into my first single family home afterwards with a conventional loan.
Is there a specific guideline for how long the owner must occupy a property bought with an FHA loan?
I read somewhere as long as I can prove my "intent" was to live there. I don't know the details of that.
Thanks so much in advance. I love this site by the way. Everyone is so helpful.

Pretty sure you've blown the intent questions possibility. Just try googling your name and FHA intent.
