Hi! 

I am doing my first out of state flip in Atlanta. I already got a team in place and I should be closing this week.  Designer and GC will be hitting the ground running on a 4 to 6 week flip. I am heading out to Atlanta this weekend so I am looking to meet a fantastic agent to list this property in the Decatur area so I am looking for someone with strong design and marketing sense.
