Closing on Property #1 Next Week

I am excited to share that I am closing on my first rental property next week.  It's a 4 bd 2 ba home.  I have a new HVAC system coming in 2 days after closing.  I've got a painter repainting interior the week after.  I'll have an open house the following Saturday to get some traffic and try to get my tenant in there by July 1.

So, two questions for you to way in on.  What do I do next to get my tenant landed?  What do I do next to get my next property?  I'd love your feedback!
