Hows the market in Butte, MT?

I'm looking for a property to invest in. I'm in the Bozeman area, but am wondering what the market is like in Butte. Butte could 'use' flipping more so than Bozeman in my opinion as far as infrastructure goes. But, it has higher risk of vandalism I fear, and I'm wondering if people are buying there. TIA.
