Hello Everybody! My name Is Luke. I was introduced to BP by my friend, George. So far, best advice from him. I have always had an interest in real estates but my 1st attempt to become an investor in 2006 didn't go well after the market crashed. But I am back and ready to take another crack at things now that I possess some knowledge from reading books and listening to podcasts. However I am still a newbie and have lots to learn. My first question: 

What are the pros and cons to buying and holding a piece of land, for investment, with hopes to build on it in the near future?
