How did you finance your first investment?

Jordan Ginder

Hello!

Some context into who I am: My name is Jordan and I have been interested in getting into real estate for as long as I can remember, but have decided I am ready to take the plunge. I graduated college last year, and have a full time position in the financial services industry, which is helping me pay down student loans, mortgage, bills, etc, but I am comfortable with where I am at financially.

I have found a few people who are as hungry as I am to get into real estate, and we are thinking of forming an LLC. The hope would be that this would mitigate some risk and hopefully drive growth (and yes, I am aware that means less money in my pocket). I know that there are many ways to get financed, but I am curious what you guys on the forum have done for your first purchase? I am eager and willing to learn from you all!
