Evaluating vacant land

Hi,

First time poster here on BP! I'm listening to the Best Ever series by Joe Fairless and he discussed using delinquency lists generated by county or city treasurers to find potentially motivated sellers. I'm not sure how one evaluates the worth of vacant land though. Are there any obvious metrics or resources people know of for trying to figure out what a vacant piece of land is worth? It seems like the idea of "comps" doesn't really work when it's just a piece of undeveloped land with no structures.
