where do I get started on finding a mentor?

I am a 26 year old college graduate who like many others are in debt. I am looking to build a career in real estate investing. I have finally found a subject that I love learning about. I have read up on it and the next step is to take action.  I have so many questions and I need a mentor. I would love to make you wealthier by making me wealthier as it was once said 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing. I am located in New York. I know exactly where I want to get into real estate. I just need some wisdom and guidance. Thank you in advance for the help
