Hello Everyone,

I met with the seller today and she tells me that her property was set for auction on May 2nd 2018. she says no one bought the property at the auction. it is my understanding that if no one purchased the property at auction the mortgage company with then on the property as an REO. the seller calls me today and says the mortgage company told her that the property would stay under her name for two years. I am trying to figure out if this happens or what I should do moving forward. has anyone dealt with this before?
