Interest rate on refi...do I lock now or wait a few weeks?

I'm doing a cash out refi and my lender said I could lock in the interest rate now or wait until day before closing which will be about month if things go smoothly.  I'm refinancing to a 30 year residential and I have perfect credit and low debt/income. 

What would you do? 

Do you see the rates changing for better or worse in the near future?
