Looking to buy my first multi unit in the Greater LA area/ Valley. Please let me know of any good agents. Totally new to all this. Already got an idea of what I would qualify for. Duplex would be great or triplex. Thank you!!!

 Looking to start, is my reason. I would love to  generate income other than my job. My criteria would be making the numbers work! I know right now it is a sellers market and there is a shortage of supply, I am in no rush but if the right opportunity comes my way I would be interested.
