What's Better Than Zillow

OK.  There I said it.  We all know it.  I can't take it back.  But everyone knows that any time you are talking to a potential client one of the first things that comes up is...."Well, I looked on Zillow and ...."

So, how does everyone tackle this issue when it not only counters common sense but also the market itself.  Or, even better, when the condition of the property is ...how to put this delicately...a dump.
