Wholesaling an MLS property

Hey, BP Nation!

I’m on the hunt for a landlord cash buyer and came across what I believe could be a good deal for the two of us.

The property is MLS listed with an agent. How would that work?

Yes, I am new. My intuition is that if I bring a buyer, I can negotiate a fee for the agent and I?

Please advise, and I am so grateful for all of you and for BP!

Kindest Regards,

Jeff Gibbs
