First Purchase From a Wholesaler in 13 years!

This week marks the first time I have EVER bought a deal from a wholesaler in 13 years of real estate investing and probably hundreds of conversations with wholesalers.  And I found the ad on Craigslist to top it off!  Just wanted to share my amazement with everyone - happy hunting!
