Hello BP, I'm seeking buyers interested in multi family units in Toledo,Oh. I own 2 four units fully occupied properties, an 8 unit vacant property and I have a number of other multi family units under contract. Looking to connect with serious buyer in this market area. Cape rates no less the 15% upwards to 22% with opportunities for force appreciation. Message me if interested in these types of deals I'm your go to guy for multi units deals in this market area
