Experience with Clever Real Estate?? (low commission RE agents)
I saw this article about Clever Real Estate and how they offer flat fee and 1% listing commissions, while still giving you a full service agent. Sounds really interesting for next time we need to sell an investment property... wanted to see if anyone on BP has used them before?

Hey guys, it's kind of funny how five different people, who have never made a post on this site before, just happen to all stumble across this question, within 30 minutes of each other, and all have positive recommendations....
This is obviously people/one person simply hyping some new service/co.
