Hello Bp members,

I need some help looking into Commercial Real Estate and really don't know where to begin. I know it's different than residential, so anything will help I have been going to events and reading. It's kind of hard when you're not actually doing. Any advice would be grateful.

Thank you

Hey Katorey,

Can you be a little bit more specific in what you're looking to do or what you're looking to buy?

@Katorey Fields

If you're trying to learn the foundation about the commercial real estate investing and specifically referring to multifamily, there're tons of books. I'd start with the two of David Lindahl books, Steve Berges "the complete guide to buying and selling...", Ken McKelroy "The ABC's of real estate investing...".

Also, start listening to podcasts by Jake&Gino, Rod Khleif, Michael Blank, Joe Fearless. Attend local  meetups that focus on multifamily or commercial real estate.

If you need more recommendations, feel free to reach out directly.

Best!
