how to run Comps in Milwaukee

Hello I'm new to getting my hands dirty with real estate, I work remotely with a team in Texas and they have their own way of running comps there that works very well. I'm trying to figure out how comps are run in Milwaukee, I'm actually not sure of too many different ways to run comps so I'm looking for some solid methods
