Seller finance and attorney recommendation in Indiana

Hello, I'm negotiating a seller financing deal in Northwest of Indy and need to find a good Real State attorney for it; also would appreciate if anybody has templates for seller financing contracts holding the note. Seller is not willing to do long term but just 1 or 2 years. Property is owned free and clear.
