Looking for buyer Real Estate Agent in East Bay

Hi Everyone!

I'm scoping out going into an FHA duplex and/or fixer-upper investment, and I'm looking for a Real Estate Agent to help me with opportunity discovery and negotiation. I've found a few places that meet my buy box in the East Bay, and it only makes sense to have a buying agent before going further. I'm getting my FHA approval this weekend. How can I find an investor-friendly Real Estate Agent who is a good negotiator?
