Hey guys,

I'm new here... have a friend that referred me to this site to ask questions...

I signed a contract with a turnkey company but planning to backout.. there's no earnest money paid...

Is there any ramification for this?

After careful research we found that this company is having trouble serving their clients.. although they are trying to work with their clients.. we just don't have the time to be part of the growing pain they are going through.

I'm having my out of state lawyer review my contract...however wanted to get some thoughts from the community.

The property in question is in indiana and I'm not in the same state.

regards.
