Potential Rental Unit - Near Dog Kennel
I found a possible home to purchase but I'm not sure of the location. It's a 2bd 1 bath in an area where most houses (3bd, 2bath) go for about $250k+. This is a small 900sqft house listed for 99k. Everything checks out on it except that the driveway leading up to it on the side is a dog kennel and when you drive by all the dogs begin barking. The house is approximately 150ft away.
Do you guys think this would reduce the amount of money or the amount of people I could get as a rental unit?
