Recent Seller Financing

Hi BP,

Have come across a deal that may be worth seller financing.  

Understanding everything is negotiable -- what are some examples of terms you may have used on a seller financed deal?  

Downpayment, interest rate %, length of note....  Curious to see how others structured.

@Jim Sestito It's best to ask the seller what they're thinking of when owner financing instead of throwing out numbers. You never know, they may just be willing to take a number you never thought they would in terms of interest rate, down payment and/or term. Good luck!!
